Been a dropbox customer for MANY years. Unfortunately, your ignorance during the biggest Crisis in our lifetimes is appalling. Downgrading accounts during true financial hardships for business owners is just unfathomable. I cannot support a company who wants to be part of the problem, rather than a leader trying to be part of the solution. I encourage others to contact the media and post on your platforms and bring attention to their ignorance. Lots of storage solutions out there who are working with their customers proactively. Choose one of those.
