My account was in a Business trial and now I can't upgrade to a personal plan?

Hi, my free trial ended, I don't remember signing up for the business trial, but I guess I did. Now I need to pay for a subscription, but I don't want a business one, I just want a basic personal one but it only gives me the business options. How do I renew my dropbox as a personal account instead of the business one?

Hi there @Chelsea Hill, I'd be happy to help look into this with you. 

If you were in a Business trial, you may have been converted to a free team. 

Before upgrading to an individual subscription, could you try following these steps to deleting it?
