My credit card was hacked and two payments have been taken for a new Dropbox subscription using my card, help??

Thanks Mark. The email address for the problem account is [email address removed as per the Community's Guidelines] thanks. Apparently no more payments are going to be taken from this account, so then that's problem solved.

It is up to your credit card company to resolve - they need to cancel the old card, issue you with a new one and also sort out the fraudulent transactions.

Yes thanks. I already cancelled the card, but now the hacker has got in the new one as well. Drop box need to delete the account.

The credit card companies will sort the card payments out - taking the money back etc. which will sort the accounts out.

Okay Mark. But I still want them to shut the account down which did this. Like I said I already told the bank, but they still took a second payment. And this is after telling the bank. It's really unacceptable!?

That is an issue with the bank then - they've not done what you told them to do. So you need to complain to them that the authorisations you told them to revoke for Dropbox wernt. 

 

https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/payments-billing/find-credit-card-charge may help you find the account linked to you and report it to Dropbox
