My data storage didn't increase when I changed my plan

I recently changed my account to the Dropbox Backup Plan, and should be getting 2 TB of data storage, but my account still shows that I only have 2 GB of storage. I have been paying for the Backup plan since June without the extra storage. I am looking for someone who can help me with this issue.

You likely created a new account instead of upgrading your existing account. Use the credit card charge lookup tool to identify the email address associated with your account, then sign in using that email address.

Thank-you for your suggestion. I looked up the email account that is linked to the credit card charge of 5.99 for the Back-up Plan and it is the same account that I am using which is only giving me 2 GB of data. Please advise next steps.

While only our Dropbox Plus plan is offering 2 TB of space, can I reach out to you via email, so we can take a look at what happened with your payment and your plan?
