My e-mail account don’t exist, the supllier merge with another company ( Ono to Vodafone). I want to move all the folders that I have under ONO account to a new one, but I can’t because my password have expired and if I request a new password a message is going to be send to the e-mail account that don’t exist anymore.
Do you have any idea about how to solve this issue??
In such a case, the only chance is to use your mobile device (phone or tablet), still connected to the account and gain access using "Connect a computer" feature. Once you get in your account set the actual email address here ('Edit' next to the currently set email address). After that you would be able reset your password.
