My email address is wrong so I can’t receive a verification email to change it

My dropbox email is incorrect and when I try to change it with the correct email address it says this is already in use I’m not getting any other options once this message comes up

That means there's already a Dropbox account associated with that email address. You need to change the email on that other account, or delete the other account, before you can re-use the email address with your current account.
