My free trial upgraded to a paid plan, how do I reverse this?

Hello, I recently did the free trial and was given a date that it would be over by. I went to cancel it the day before and it had already been charged. I would like to know how to get that charge taken off and how to get into contact with someone from this support team.

Hi @Tmcn51298, thanks for contacting us!

 

If you've been charged for a trial, I'd recommend getting in contact with the support team directly

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

 

 

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
