My paid subscription has expired, but I can't upgrade again, why?

Explorer | Level 3

I have been trying since January/February to renew my account. I enter my cc info and nothing happens. I've contacted dropbox multiple times and no can/will help. Now my account has expired and I need it for business.

Hi there @SarahV, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with this!

Since you've been in contact with our Support team, I'd recommend replying back to the agent you were in contact with to continue looking into this. Due to the account specific info we would need to look into, I wouldn't be able to assist much with this.

If you haven't already, I can suggest ruling out any browser related issues by:

  • Using another web browser
  • Using an incognito browsing window
  • Clearing your browser cache and trying again

Should the issue persist, then I'd also recommend getting in contact with your bank or account provider to see if there are any issues with the payment there.

Sorry that I can't be of much more help here, but do let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks!
