My plan renewed for a year, can I change it to monthly instead?

One of my colleague's Dropbox Plus account was mistakenly renewed for an annual subscription last week instead of monthly. Is it still possible to have the subscription reversed? We tried changing it but it says the account will expire next year. Hoping there's a way to have the subscription changed to monthly and possibly have the charge reversed.

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible.
