My plus suscription has been removed

I had the plus plan and today I upgraded to professional plan because I wanted to embeed my videos on my webpage and I don't want to allow the visitors to download it. I contact to dropbox and they say me it's not possible, so I tell them I would like to cancel this upgrade (from plus to professional). They refund me the difference I paid today from Plus to Professional, but now they cancelled my plus plan (wich I paid from june 2020 to june 2021).

 

I don't understand why did you cancel my plan that I annually until june of 2021. I need to recover my files.
