My quota limit fell from 39 GB to 14 GB, why?

Hi all

 

My storage space dropped from 39Gb to 14Gb and i can't seem to find out why.

 

Really need support here.

Hello @Chaplan, I'd be happy to help out here!

 

It sounds like you might have previously redeemed some promotional space on your account that has expired recently.

 

To see if this is the case, please visit your Plan page here and check the section "Earn more space". If you have a lot of entries then you might need to click "View more earned space".

 

From here, do you see any entries that show as being expired?

 

Let me know what you find!

In that case, I'd have to suggest contacting our Support team to look further into this with you as we would need to look into some account specific details with you.

 

As this is related to promotional space, please visit this page here and fill in the relevant info under "Submit a Help Request" section.

 

Once you've submitted a ticket from there, please let me know the ticket number (eg. #1234567) so that I can follow up with you there.
