I recently changed jobs and companies, and my employer stopped my work credit card. However, Dropbox continues to bill the old card every month. How do I cancel my subscription?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I do not recall ever requesting any membership or relationship with Dropbox.
I request to be removed from any and all association and/or email lists.

No one on the forums can do that for you. You need to cancel your subscription from your Account's Plan page. Unless you've cancelled your subscription, Dropbox will continue to automatically renew your subscription.
For information on refunds, refer to the following help article:
Sorry to hear this @Italiansexy; I wish you the quickest recovery possible.
In regards to your concern now, could you please take a look at your account's plan tab and see if you're on any paid plan?
You can find it here:
If you see that you're on the Basic plan, you're good to go as these come for free (with 2 GB of space).
If you see that you're on an ongoing plan and active subscription, please search for the 'Cancel plan' (or downgrade button) and proceed according to your needs.
