Need Help Logging in Because Of Two-Step Verification

I cant login because of two-step verification sence my phone and other devices were stolen/lost and i had to buy an new phone and pc i can confirm i'm the account holder by any other means i can even say what files are on the account and know the password and have still access to my email but the phone and laptop were lost they had both my backup codes on them so i 'can't use them as i have very important files on this service i need access to so i hope some one can help, as i said i'm willing to prove i'm the account holder by any means

Hi @Christopher1234567; thanks for joining the Community and sorry to hear about your lost/stolen devices. 

 

Can you double-check if you have any of the following? If you have any one of these things,  we may be able to help you sign in to the account:


1. A computer or mobile device linked to your account through the Dropbox app
2. An emergency backup code for your account
3. A backup phone number added to your account that can receive SMS messages

 

If none of the above is available, I'm afraid there’s nothing we can do to disable the two-step verification on your account.
