please make it easy for me. Your refund procedure is just nuts and makes
one wonder why a company would make it so difficult to ask for a refund.
I have been charged for a dropbox subscription that I did not authorize and I need to get a refund. I have been searching the website repeatedly for information on how to do that, but none of the information tells me how.
Happenned the same to me recently, I realized I have been charged 199,00 during 3 years for something I did not contract/use. My DB activity talks by itself. What can I do? I wrote to Support and Cancelled everything but I would like to be refunded for full 3 years.
Unfortunately it is authorised - otherwise how do they have your card details? If you didnt input the card details then you need to speak to your card issuer around cloned cards.

This did not answer my question, I am being pointed back to the same page that didn't help. This is not an acceptable way to do business. I need to find out how I can talk to a real human being to address my issue.
