 I am still paying a yearly subscription to an account I cannot access. The email I used is no longer accessible so I cannot change my password but I would like access to my files and cancel my subscription. I am getting no where with this website. Please can someone help.

Vist the Support page while you're NOT signed into a Dropbox account (including these forums) and you'll see a button for login issues.
