Hello,
Since I cannot seem to reach an actual person through customer service, I'll ask my question here.
While I was still studying I used to have a dropbox account on my student e-mail [email removed as per Community Guidelines]
This account I can now no longer access since I don't study there anymore and I seem to not have the password for the account either.
How can I recover my account to save my files?
Kind regards,
Nienke
Hi there @NienkeV, I hope you're well today!
Do you have any devices still connected to this Dropbox account?
Also, when was the last time that you signed into the account?
Let me know and we'll go from there!

Thanks for getting back to me here @NienkeV, and I'm sorry for your loss.
In this case, the account would have most likely been closed due to inactivity since you haven't accessed it such a long period of time.
With no devices currently connected either, without access to the email address linked with the account, we wouldn't be able to regain access to it either I'm afraid.
I'm sorry to be the bearer of bad news here, but please let me know if you have any further questions.
