Need help with a phishing account

My company helps high-risk people with cybersecurity. 

Following the Dropbox hack, a fraudster got his hands on my customer's contact list. Since then, he's been creating fake accounts under my customer's name (pretty easy thing to do) and sending malicious phishing emails through Dropbox to all of the contact list. 

Dropbox abus@dropbox.com team has been less than useful in helping to resolve this, and the problem continues. Has anyone came accross this? We need to be able to block all those imposter accounts fast .

I understand your concern over this matter. However, as this is related to sensitive account details, we're unable to assist any further over the Community, and only the support team via email would be able to help.

 

Do you happen to have the ticket ID in order to locate your previous communication with the team?

I have the IDs and sent it to the support team already, but it seems kind of useless.. 

Dropbox doesn't seem to really care about this... 

I'm happy to share it in a private message not over the community.
