Need past invoices but the admin console locked because the account is cancelled.

Hello,

 

I cancelled out account a few months back due to a technical issue.

However I need to submit the invoices for the account, but there's no way to retreive them since the admin console is now locked.

 

Any idea how can I get those invoices?

Any idea how to contact the dropbox team?

Hi @Ira2, thanks for taking the time to message us!

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

 

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

 

They should be able to assist from there on!
