Need to access a deactivated email account

We have been paying for a company account, but the person who owned the account was let go and her account deactivated. Dropbox will not let me submit a ticket request via my gmail account so I'm writing here. 

 

Does anyone know what to do in this instance? I would like to speak to someone on the support team.

I'd recommend using an incognito window without signing into any Dropbox account to contact our Support team through this form for further assistance.
