I seem to have 2 separate accounts but the primary account is associated with Email A, which is now inactive. The Email A account has a monthly plan I purchased in July 2020 and has thousands of photos. When I got laid off, I tried to change the email to Email B, but Dropbox said I already had an account with Email B (which I forgot about). I reviewed various help articles but now, when I finally have a chance to act on them, I can't find a solution.
I can't invite Email A to share because Email A is inactive.
I created Email C. I went to Settings to change my email address, but the edit option says, "verify email." Clicking that would send a verification to Email A, my old, inactive account.
Ideally, I would like to update the account to Email B. Alternatively, I am okay with Email C. But I need to combine these ASAP so not only are all of my photos in one place, but I need to add thousands more from my work hard drive (which I also used for my photos--I know, I learned my lesson), which I need to return ASAP. The Email B account isn't on a plan and can't hold, at least not for long, my thousands of photos.
