My dad has this paid account that he forgot the password to and also forgot the password to the email he needs to send the password to in order to recover it. He has 5 computers logged into the account but can't logout since he wouldn't be able to log in again.
Since dropbox support is trash(you can't talk to anyone of have a live chat about your problem. I had a wrong billing that they said their "no-refund policy" wouldn't refund the money to me) I can't get a solution to this(maybe put a link inside my dropbox folder to reset the password?). There's shouldn't be any security issue here since I already have access to the files and can copy them at any moment. I just can't log out and log in again.
Please help.
And I hate dropbox.

This ticket is mine and I had a hard time recovering that account in which I opened the ticket.
Sorry for the profanity in my username but this situation is just triggering me so hard, so hard...
I was able to open dropbox website, given the answer in the last ticket, but I can't change my password or email without having my current password, which my dad doesn't have.
Can dropbox folks place a password reset link within my folders or something so I can change my password? I already have access to the files anyway, it'll be no security breach.
Hope anybody can help me. Thanks
Interesting fact: I tried to get reimbused for a wrongly made payment and couldn't. Now I'm going through this. Paying to get frustrated. Love you Dropbox.
