Need to speak to someone ASAP

I have been blocked by my now ex business partner from the Dropbox I created where my credit card is on file. I NEED THIS CANCELLED. I can not log into the business emails or that specific Dropbox because the passwords have been changed.

Hey @Andre111, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about your situation.

Due to account-specific information that would be needed to have a better look into this for you, you'll have to contact our Support team from this link, via an incognito window, without signing in.

If you'd like, once you do that, you can get back to me here with the ticket ID (eg. #1234567) so that I can pass your comments along.

Let me know if you have any trouble along the way or if you have any other questions, cheers!

This did not help at all! How is it that an actual conversation on the phone with a support specialist is impossible? Have to go thru 20 different hoops and prompt email requests to get a notification that nothing can be done. LET ME SPEAK TO SOMEONE.

Thanks for your swift reply, @Andre111, and sorry to hear about your frustration.

Your technical support options depend on what kind of account you have (Basic, Plus, Family, Professional, or Business).

As such, to see the support options available for your account, you'll have to log in and go to dropbox.com/support

You can also find more information about contacting our Support team, here

I log in and send an email and the response is an automated reply and to come here for all of my support issues. Which isn’t helping. Why is there not a phone number to talk to someone? How hard is this to do?

Could you try navigating to the link via an incognito window/private browser, without signing in to your account?

Let me know how it goes, @Andre111.

Could you try answering the question why it is unavailable to actual speak to someone. I tried your way, it’s not working!

Becuase only Business Advanced accounts have access to phone support, and it requires the PIN number that would be found in the Admin console for the account. All others use the support options available to them on the Support page.

I log in and send an email

As @Lusil stated above, visit the Support page in an Incognito or private browsing session. The goal is to NOT be logged in to a Dropbox account, including these forums. If you're not signed in to an account, you'll see options for both log in and billing issues.
