I did not order Dropbox. There is a charge on my credit card. I have no authorization. I did not give my credit card number. Either I’ve been hacked or this is thievery. Need refund immediately. Not going through refund channel. You charged the card. You can refund it. Right away please.

As we won't be able to help much here, since this is a public forum, I'd suggest reaching out to our Support team for further assistance.
Just make sure to use an incognito window without logging into any account.
From there, when on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can reach you.
I hope this gets resolved for you soon.
PS: If your billing information has been somehow hacked, you may want to contact your bank as well.
