New mail and password

New member | Level 2

Hi, I lost my password to Dropbox and my mail account is closed.
How can I change the password and mail in my account.
My old mail is [info removed as per Community Guidelines] and my new mail is [info removed]

Hi @henrikhedelund, thanks for reaching out to us about this. 
As a first step, I’d recommend checking out this article which suggests a few ways to tackle this. 
If you’re still having trouble with this, you can submit a Help Request here using an incognito window (without signing in).
