Recently i upgraded my account to business account professional but some how it still count as personal account. Is this a bug? if not can i still add my other personal account to this account?

I'm not sure I understand the issue here; could you send me a screenshot of what's bothering you in order to advise further?
While we're at it, what exactly is your account's plan tab reporting at the moment?
