Hello, I have a Dropbox account under an email address that is no longer in existence. I can no longer access due to the password expiring, and would like to migrate my files to another email account. I've opened two tickets: 11904946 (now closed, but no resolution), and 11946487 (open)... but I have no clue how to view anything beyond that, and it's impossible to speak with a human at Dropbox. Any ideas on how to get access to files in the previoius account?
Try contacting your previous email provider and see if they're able to reactivate the email account, even temporarily, so you can receive the necessary reset information, or ask if they can forward the information to you.
