Hey there @gargoyls, thanks for posting your question here. 

 

Since you've checked your Spam folder and added no-reply@dropbox.com to your address book - great work by the way! - you'll have to get in touch with our Support team for a better look into this. 

 

You can submit a ticket here, using an incognito window. 

 

Once you do, you can get back to us here with the ID (eg. #1234567) so that we can pass your comments along.

Wow someone had a bad day, sorry bout that, but to be fair it's way to cumbersome to get in touch with someone from dropbox support, but I understand they are trying to get you to pay for the service as it shouldn't come with it lol, but hey i'm just a poor bloke.
I allready created the ticket scouting other threads with issues I found a link for the incognite tab (like who comes up with this lol), but thanks dor the reply
