No idea from which account I am billed every month. I can't each anyone from the company..

No idea from which account I am billed every month. I can't each anyone from the company...

I've been going in circles for hours. What am I suppose to do and how come it is impossible to reach customer service by phone or email? Please help and by help I don,t mean redirect me to another conversation on here or through the FAQ section.

Been there for hours. 🙂

Hey there @nico13; welcome aboard and sorry to hear about the issue you're facing.

In this case, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Support team through an incognito window without signing into any account. 

When on this page, click on the 'Need help with a billing issue?' button and submit a Help Request from the relevant option at the bottom of the page and input your payment's information along with an email address we can currently contact you.
