I lost my password. I have access to the email account, and am also signed in on computer and mobile device. But when I try to reset the lost password, I do not receive any email. I have whitelisted dropbox.com, added no-reply in contact list, and whatever else I've seen on the forum but nothing happens. I've even open a ticket a few days ago, but i don't get any response beyond automated replies. I'm out of ideas. Heeeeelp!!!

If you're signed in on your computer, click the Dropbox icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac) and then click on the globe icon. It should launch the Dropbox website and sign you in automatically, where you can click on the Security tab and change your password.
Unfortunately, Security->Change Password asks me for the old password, which I no longer know.
