I've tried everything to cancel our paid subscription, emailed "help desk" twice and no reply. So maybe a public forum is the way to get a reply? Twitter is next.

Hey there @flemingt - sorry to hear you're having issues with cancelling your subscription. Let's have a look now!

Do you have a ticket's ID (a 7 digit number which you get when you submit a ticket through our Official Channels) for your email communications with us?

If so, could you forward it to me so I can locate it on our system and get on it asap?

You dont need to email - do it youself at www.dropbox.com/downgrade
