Not Receiving Weekly Digest Emails

I have not been recieving my Weekly Digest emails for months.  I have wrote DropBox support, I have enabled/disabled the feature under Notifications.  I checked (and rechecked) that the emails are not in my SPAM filter.  This has been going on for months and no one can help me.

Hello @NWSAdmin, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

As you've mentioned that you've reached out to Support team for this issue, can you let me know your ticket number (eg. #1234567) so that I can check on this for you?

 

In the meantime, if you haven't already, can you try adding "no-reply@dropbox.com" as a contact to your email account?

 

Let me know and we can go from there!

Hi Daphne,

I have done that, and I have written to Dropbox Support.  They are telling me that "they are successfully sending this user the emails are there is nothing on our end preventing the emails from getting through. Their system even seems to show that the emails are opened, which would suggest they are being received."  When I reiterated that the emails are not being delivered, and I confirmed by checking the spam filter and the mail logs (which show no emails from Dropbox ever entering my companies mail server.)  Dropbox support said, "there is nothing we can do on this."  I then requested a to be passed to a manager or anyone who could supply me with a report which should show where all messages were delivered or the receiving server, that way I can track exactly where the emails are going.  I was told "I am sorry but there is no one I can escalate this to and there is nothing else for us to do here."

 

So, I am being told that "I am receiving these emails and Dropbox has proof that I am."  However, they can not show me any report or document to assist with figuring out where this email is going every week.  Maybe someone else at Dropbox can assist me.

Unfortunately, there isn't anything further we can do to assist if they don't have any more information to provide.

I am still not receiving these emails. They are not in my spam filter, and they never came into our O365 server. I would imagine DropBox can do more than say, "we are sending you the emails, but can not give you any records of the sent emails to help you track them."
