Whenever I try to access my Dropbox account it is not opening up rather than its showing the option of plus. ..I'm not able to access my stored files in Dropbox. How to cancel that page of showing try plus of Dropbox

Hey @Shikha16, I'd be happy to help look into this with you. 

 

I'll just need a bit more info to make sure that we're on the same page. For example:

  • Are you trying to access your account from the website or the mobile app? 
  • Could you send us a screenshot (without any personal info) of what you're seeing so as to have a better visual of this?
