Not able to login to the Dropbox desktop application after reinstalling

Hi there! I am facing the issue of loggin into my account on desktop app in Windows.

Before that, I unintentionally log out from my account. 

To solve the issue I already have tried all methods shown on help pages, none of them have solved the issue - from an advanced re-install to deleting system files from %%APPDATA% folders.

Let’s look into this a little further to help out today. What was the exact error you got previously when attempting to login to your account? Was it simply not signing in, or trying to connect?

What version of Windows are you running? After doing the advanced reinstall, what error are you getting now when installing the app?

Any info you can provide, including screenshots, would help greatly!
