Not able to update billing information

We have just moved out from our suppliers account and they have downgraded the account. We would like to update our billing to the same dropbox license in order to not lose any data. Is there any way to do this or what is the process? This has become quite urgent as it's affecting our business. Tried upgrading and adding billing details but it says too many billing attempts, try again in 24 hours which is ridiculous.

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with updating your billing information. 

Can you try another browser and let me know if you're still getting the same error?

If you do, please send me a screenshot so I can have a visual too.

We'll take it from there once I hear back from you.
