Dropbox accounts & billing

I have been invited by my work to join their business account. I clicked on the link and it asked me to create an account, as my email address didn't have a dropbox account. But it seems I only created my own account with the 2GB free storage and I never accessed the business account where there are more storage. I have shared folder access but even if I save files in that folder it is still limited to my 2GB. How do I get access to the business account where there are more storage?

It sounds like you were invited to a shared folder, rather than being sent an invitation to join their Business team. You need to be invited to and join their team before you can take advantage of the space available to the team.
Thanks so much Rich Super User II.
I did receive an invitation to join team and clicked on it but perhaps something went wrong as the invited email address did not have a dropbox account. So I think in the process of opening a new account I did not move to the business account.
