Not getting "verification email"

Just what the title says. 

 

Also, the button on the dialog box is greyed out. I am able to allegedly send another verification email from my account page but again--I never get it.  We do not block this email address and it never shows up in my junk folder either.

Hi @jjwa77; thanks for joining our Community!

 

Could you ensure that no-reply@dropbox.com is not blocked and try requesting another verification email through another browser? This might do the trick for you.
