I tried to send verify my email by using 'verify email' button in settings, it showed that "Dropbox has sent a verification email to [personal information removed]. Check your inbox and click on the link in the email to verify your address. If you can't find it, check your spam folder or click the button to resend the email." but I haven't receive the email yet (I did find in both inbox and spam). Could you please help me on this error? Thanks.

When you request to verify your email address, you will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with the steps to verify your account.
If you don't receive an email after a reasonable amount of time, please check your spam folder to ensure that email@example.com is not blocked. You can also add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book and request another email verification email.
If none of the above work, so that our support team can investigate more on this, please go to www.dropbox.com/support and submit a ticket request.
PS: For your own protection, never share your personal information (email addresses, passwords etc..) publicly. Posted personal information were removed for privacy reasons.

I'm afraid if you haven't received the verification email and it's not in your spam folder, you'll need to talk to your email service provider, just in case they have accidentally blocked emails from email@example.com.
