Not receiving reset password email

Hello
I try to connect to my account but it doesn’t work.
I send a request to receive a link for resetting my account without success.
I never receive an email.
I have search every where.
Can you please help me ?

Hey @Sclavier, welcome to our Community!

Have you tried sending the verification email using a different browser?

Once you have sent it, have a look in your inbox and spam folders.

In addition, if I were you, I'd take a look into this Help Center article.

Thanks for your answer. I have tested from apple, windows, edge, safari and chrome without receiving.
