Not receiving reset password email

I forgot my password and asked for a reset link, but I didn't get an email.
I followed all the guides, but the link didn't come. 
I need your help because I have a lot of valuable information on the account I want to find.

This account is different from the one I need to find.
Please help me log in to my account. Thank you for reading it.

Just to check, have you added no-reply@dropbox.com to your contacts list and checked your spam folder when resetting?

What error do you get when attempting to login to the page?

This will help me to assist further!

Hi. Thanks for reply.

Yes, I added no-reply@dropbox.com to my contacts list

and checked my spam folder when resetting, but I didn't get an email.

When attempting to login to the page, the wrong password page appears because I forgot the password.

I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail. 

You can do this by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link.

Make sure to enter the same email you are having issues with logging into Dropbox.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
