I am not recieving my verification email for my work access to dropbox.

When I use my private email (which is also a gmail-type email address), it works fine, but the verification email does not appear anywhere in my work email including the spam folder. I have also included the no-reply address as suggested and attempted alternative log ins and using incognito mode.


I know this is going to require a ticket to fix as it's probably due to my work being at the University of Sheffield ( which operates in gmail - but I cannot see a way to raise a ticket which makes this interface exceedingly frustrating to use.

I'm sorry to hear about this. As the email doesn't come through, could you try contacting your IT admin to see if the email has been blocked from appearing in your inbox?
