Hi, 

 

I need help.

 

1. I paid for Dropbox extra space, but I'm not sure which of my accounts it is for. How do I find that out? I have three emails under dropbox. All of them say upgrade to a business account but I pay $11.99 a month for one of my accounts! 

2. I've downloaded dropbox on my phone and keep trying to upload videos and it doesn't work. It won't upload anything actually. Not sure why. I need to get these videos off my phone ASAP! 

 

Help?

You can use the charge lookup tool to identify the account associated with a specific credit card charge.

Thank you! Unfortunately I’m paying through PayPal so it won’t tell me.

Is there a number I can call and speak to someone as a paying customer? I’m paying for this but can’t use it properly.

Also why can’t I upload things from my phone to Dropbox? It won’t upload at all. I’ve tried deleting and re-adding the app and it still doesn’t work.

Phone Support is available if you are a Business Customer. 

If you have 2 accounts log in to each one and go to www.dropbox.com/account. About a third of the way down the page it will tell you what plan you are on - free etc. 

 

In terms of not uploading we need more info - why isnt it working? Whats happening? whats it saying etc. 

 

Remember we cannot see over your shoulder. All we know is what you tell us

That's exactly the problem - ALL three emails that I have show as basic/non paying accounts but I am paying for an acount monthly except I don't know which one I'm paying for because all three emails show as basic/non paid. So I'm getting charged for services I'm not able to access. And because when I sign into the accounts they all say basic, I can't access the pin code to speak to a business support admin. 

 

Can someone from Dropbox PLEASE contact me? I'm about to go to paypal and set up a dispute and ask for all of my money back.

Hey there @Dara3, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with this!

 

What I can suggest is to contact our Support team to assist you further with this, as we wouldn't be able to check this info here on the Community.

 

Please submit a request from here via an incognito window, so that you're not signed into your Dropbox account online.

 

Once you've done this, you'll receive a ticket number (eg. #1234567) which you can let me know here so that I can pass along the info to your ticket.
