Notification sent to other email address

We are using the Dropbox Standard account. In setting notification emails, could we set a different email address to receive those notifications instead so the primary account email address won't receive those emails? We plan to set up like this because the primary account email address is a group email and we don't want to disturb everybody each time.

Hi @kwong1, thanks for reaching out to us here!

At the moment, it's not possible to re-route notifications to another email address of your choosing.

A couple of workarounds I could suggest would be to only enable certain notifications to reduce the volume of email received, or to setup a filter in your email inbox to filter specific notification emails to a separate inbox.

I understand that this would be a useful feature for you, so perhaps I can suggest checking out our dedicated area of the forum here for any similar requests, or even post your own.

Sorry that I can't be of much more help with this, but please do let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks!
