Old email!

My email server was shut down so my Address became invalid and vanished!

Today I tried to change my Email to my new one but it said that my Password was now invalid, it wants to send me a new one but will only send it to my Original Email which doesn't exist!

 

What do I do here please?

I can't upgrade until this is sorted out.

Hi @Nick B,

In such a case the only workaround would be, if you have still a connected mobile device to your account. Using "Connect a computer" feature there (in Settings) you can gain control and set an actual email address. Next you can reset the password as usual. The new email must not be assigned to any Dropbox account yet.
