Out of hard drive space

My hard drive is out of space. Is there a way to sync my camera directly to dropbox, basically bypassing my computer?

is your camera has synchronize option? or export option? if none, you can upload it directly to your dropbox without having to copy it first to your PC. just open to file explorer and select all the photos in your camera and right click and copy and paste it on your dropbox folder. if this is not what you want, please clarify and explain further and i will try to check what should be done.

Is it a phone camera, or an actual camera? If it's a phone, you can install the Dropbox or Carousel apps and they can automatically upload your photos and videos to Dropbox. If it's an actual camera, then no, that's not possible unless the camera has it's own Dropbox app built-in.

You can try using selective sync? So all files from the camera upload will be saved on Dropbox but not taking space on your computer - https://www.dropbox.com/en/help/175

Hi Ed, Selective sync is not compatible with Camera upload. Camera upload seems to require that the Camera Upload folder is not set to  selective sync.
