Okay, so just to clarify, you’re using a shared link with dl=0  you get the error, but when you change the dl=1 to force the file to download onto your Android, it works fine?

If I’m misunderstanding something, please let me know!

Hi there, just to check, when you preview the files online, do they appear normally while logged into your account?

How large is the PDF file when it’s uploaded? Does it fit within the size requirements as per this article?

Keep me posted!

We’ve not heard of any other users with the same issue, so this is why it hasn’t been reported.

If you’re still experiencing this issue, keep me posted!

Could you forward a screenshot showing the error as they get it when viewing the link? Thanks!

In this case, most likely the PDF can’t be previewed on the Android for some reason via the site, which is why downloading the file and previewing it in a specific app for PDFs helps.

Have the files been saved in a different way from before? Do any of the old PDFs preview normally on the site?

FYI, I removed the image with the link for your privacy.
