PLEASE HELP to reactivate inactive account

Hello, Today, I learned my Dropbox account was closed on May 21st 2019. I couldn’t get into the email address I used to create my Dropbox account because it had been compromised. I desperately need your help restoring the account under [email address removed by moderator].
I have a my children’s baby pictures and videos on there. I don’t have backup files as I didn’t have a laptop at the time and my the pics were taken many cellphones ago. Please help me. These are al the memories I have of my children as babies. It’s been less than a year that the account has been closed. There has to be some way to restore the files.

I'm sorry, but there's no way to restore an account from that long ago, or the files it once contained. Once an account has been deleted, all content is deleted as well.
