PLEASE HELP!

i made a dropbox business account last year and paid some 700+usd for the yearly plan
The business had since been shelved and neither do i have access to the email i had made the original account with.the phone in which i had drobox installed has also been replaced.
i didn't read properly that it was a recurring annually charge so i completely forgot about it 
i've just been charged again on my card ,yet no way to log in and cancel the subscription !
PLEASE HELP ME! it was over a 1000 SGD which i can barely afford today with no use of the account.
i have not even logged in.
i hope someone can guide me to the proper help channel!!

You need to log a ticket at www.dropbox.com/support and ask for help. 

 

The https://help.dropbox.com/accounts-billing/payments-billing/find-credit-card-charge may help you identify the account to staff. If you are not logged in to a paid account and do not get the option for help log out or use an incognito window and choose the account option.
