I am trying to cancel my account.  No phone number to contact and I am unable to login to my account to set up a call!

Support@dropbox.com doesn't respond to email.

Really difficult to get hold of customer support and the chatbot is hopeless!

You need to open a ticket. Visit the Support page while you're NOT signed in to a Dropbox account, including these forums, and you'll see an option for Billing issues. It's best to use an Incognito or Private browsing session to make sure you're not signed in.
