Hey there, dropbox charged me for my monthly subscription a week ago (2tb) but it still says im out of space. How do i get it to realize I have more than the 10GB its claiming I only have.

Hi there @rockijean, thanks for reaching out to us about this. 

 

Could it be that the charge is associated with another Dropbox account? You can check the email address of the Dropbox account connected to it by using our credit card charge lookup tool.

 

If you upgraded via your mobile, you'll have to get in touch with iTunes or Google Play, depending on your device.
