I have upgraded my account from basic to Plus for one year which cost $119.88 through my Visa card. But my account has not been upgraded and I didn't get any space. I have my transaction number. I know, now somebody would say you should open a ticket and chat with the support. But I don't know when they will reply. I wanted to upgrade my account for a urgent task. I follow the procedure and paid but didn't get the service. It's a harassment

 

Still have no confirmation receipt for the promised space - my question is how long does it take to clear at your end and when will the space become available? Or Is there any way to get refund my money?

Hi @tanvirimran, thanks for messaging the Community!

 

I'm sorry to hear about this. The upgrade would take place immediately on your account. Did you upgrade via the Dropbox site, or via the mobile app? Are you able to see any transaction on the payments page on your account?

 

If not, then its possible that either you upgraded a different account which was logged in, or when upgrading via the mobile app it didn't apply to your account.

Hey @Jay, thanks so much for your reply. Yes, I have upgraded via the Dropbox site and I can't see any transaction on the payment page on my account. I am 100% sure that I was logged in on my account from where I bought this plan through Visa card. And I have been notified immediately by bank with the credit card statement.

 

I've entered my 12-digit alphanumeric code (transaction ID) on Look up a credit or debit card purchase but it's showing:

 

'Can't locate transaction ID, please submit a Billing Help request'.

 

Afterthat I've opened a Ticket on DB: Billing, payments, and subscription changes. The Priority is Normal. And I don't know how much time will take to them to reply on this.

 

More important is that I want the purchased space ASAP or refund my money.

If I contat to the bank, will they able to do any help to refund my money?

This was the very first time I purchased from DB and it's really frustrating.

 

Please let me know what should I do now?

They should be able to assist from there on.
